The service includes remote installation of Veeam ONE which is a free tool to help identify performance issues and send alerts to your IT help desk.

We will also look at your network and storage configurations and make recommendations on any improvements where appropriate.

Connections are established remotely using Logmein Rescue. Your IT team will have full visibility of the consultants sessions and you never have to provide any password or account information.

We can also offer free advice on other solutions such as Backup and Disaster Recovery. There is nothing to pay and we wont try and sell you anything, other than point out any technologies that we feel may benefit you. Any recommendations will be sent to you in an email report.
