Reactive Virtualisation Support

Our reactive support service includes an unlimited amount of calls. All calls are managed remotely using remote connectivity methods or by telephone in the event of any internet outage. Our VCP qualified consultants work alongside your IT team providing as much assistance as you require, troubleshooting identified issues with your environment.

Where possible our consultants will transfer knowledge to your IT team to improve understanding of your environment. This will improve identification of any future issues and speed up  resolution times. In any situations where configuration changes have caused any problems our consultants will take the time to understand the purpose of the change and suggest alternatives to meet the business requirement.

  • Veeam Reactive Support (Backup and Restore)
  • Support with Virtual Machine performance issues

Working as part of your IT Team our consultants can offer advice on all aspects of the current environment, future requirements and deployment scenarios. Consultants fully manage your backup and disaster recovery operations.
