We use a range of software solutions to protect and replicate your data, including but not limited to; Evault, Veeam, Zerto and native application high availability

Is my data secure?

Yes, we use a range of encryption and isolation methods to make sure your data is secure on the wire during replication and at rest

How long does it take to recovery (RTO)?

The Recovery Time Objective depends on a number of factors including the software we use. Some of our solutions provide near instant failover and access to data. Others such as our Evault Backup and DR services require longer to perform the system restores.

What Recovery Point Objectives (RPO) can you match?

We are not fixed to a single solution, if it is technically possible and supportable we can deliver it. Synchronous, instant failover metro style solutions are all possible. Unfortunately available budgets and other variables will predetermine RPO’s and RTO’s. Every businesses different, we will work with you and provide the best value while meeting or exceeding your RTO and RPO expectations.

Where are your Datacentres?

Take a look at our current Datacenter locations, we can place your data at any one of our locations or build a solution which spans our datacentre locations providing flexibility and control.

Is this a contented service?

No, we make sure your resource is always available. It is not shared between dozens of customers. We use the very same cloud platform for DR as our Public Cloud offering. This improves the performance of our Public Cloud by reducing contention in normal operation and also provides you the peace of mind that if you do need to failover you will not be waiting for us to procure additional resource.

What is the SLA?

Our SLA is not just a response. Our DRaaS Solutions are all covered by our SLA, P1,P2,P3 and P4 support tickets will be actively worked on within the agreed SLA. We provide normal office hours response and 24/7/365 mission critical support.

How much does it cost?

Costs depend on the Software and hardware deployed to meet RPO’s and RTO’s and the agreed SLA. All costs are fully itemised so you have full visibility of what you are buying and what it would cost to increase and decrease your protected resource.
